This Privacy Policy is prepared by Aoga Games (hereinafter referred to as "we") to explain to you how we process your personal information for the purpose of providing you with Rhythm Planet and related services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "this service"). We invite you to carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using this service in order to make appropriate choices.
1. The Personal Information We Collect
1.1 Basic VR Interaction Experience
When you engage in interactive activities within this product, we will obtain real-time 6DoF tracking data of your headset and controllers, calculated by the local algorithm of the PICO device system based on the sensor information of the relevant devices. This data is used to track the relative positions of your headset and controllers in the virtual world, providing you with a VR interaction experience.
This application supports PICO motion trackers or third-party motion trackers. After you successfully connect and calibrate the motion tracker, we will further obtain real-time motion tracking data generated by the local algorithm of the PICO device system, which integrates the sensor data of the motion tracker. This enables tracking of your leg movements, providing a better game interaction experience. If you do not connect the motion tracker, you will not be able to perform leg operations.
1.2 Please understand that in the following cases, in accordance with laws and regulations, we do not need to obtain your prior authorization and consent to collect and use your personal information:
A. Necessary for you to enter into and perform a contract to which you are a party;
B. In connection with the performance of our duties or obligations under laws and regulations;
C. Necessary to respond to a public health emergency, or to protect the life, health and property of natural persons in an emergency;
D. Processing personal information within a reasonable scope, to carry out acts for the public interests, such as news reporting and supervision by public expression;
E. Processing personal information that you disclose by yourself or that has been legally disclosed within a reasonable scope;
F. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
1.3 Please kindly be reminded that if your personal information is irreversibly processed so that it cannot be used to identify you, it will no longer be your personal information according to laws and regulations.
